@ibdgirl76 People don’t generally put themselves through the additional effort, time (and expense in US) of accessing medical help for “every day aches and pains”. That’s why sales of OTC oral/topical pain meds & aids like heat/ice pads, joint braces are so high.

I am getting sick and tired of these so-called pain experts discuss chronic pain and say oh these are just every day aches and pains. That is not what people with severe chronic pain experience. They’re talking about the worst acute pain you can ever imagine that is unrelenting. Stop minimizing it by calling it every day aches and pains. I’m looking at you, Rachel Zoffness.

I have loved this book so deeply. Ordered 2 for myself one being a signed copy and 2 more for friends. Spoke about it on a space here on x and that night it sold out in Amazon. Nice coincidence 😊 I have all of your books and theyve given my heart piece. BTW, last summer I was able to speak to some tribes through the southwest and their stories and accounts actually verify so much of what you write on. Its been incredible to learn how connected we all were once, before religion became a corporation. Thanks for the books, they've added richly to my spirit.

@ibdgirl76 Two so far, to be able to fill Tramadol. Walmart charged me over $135 for last Tramadol prescription. CVS participates with @GoodRx, so 🤞🏻! Still denied any Oxy, Percocet or Carisoprodol (a muscle relaxer that helped w/ lumbar muscle spasms, now unabated) for last 8 years.
