@TheJackForge @thirdweb_ My new job is letting me learn Solidity on the job... It feels like a real life cheat code to be paid to learn!

Haven't coded in 2 months. I don't think I can call myself a developer anymore... 😅 I don't remember the difference between Java and JavaScript... I believe JavaScript was the cooler one, right? 🤔

@neuroma87663386 Regular web dev knowledge- JS/TS, a modern framework, a backend language and how they work together. Then on top of that blockchain concepts, web3 or ethers and a smart contract language👨‍💻 Def an interesting field and quite the rabbit hole if the coding rabbit hole wasnt enough!

@lyssthi Web3 definitely interests me. What would you say the essential knowledge you need before even thinking about web3? As knowledge of what tech/lang would really be good useful?

Things I am learning on the job: 💻 The entire C# language/ and OOP 💻 Unit testing 💻 Database design 💻 The industry that we're creating software for Honestly would not have learned these things without having to. Just apply to jobs, can't learn it all!
