@MichaelErmi @realDaveFeldman @SBakerMD @DrJackKruse I eat based on my latitude (PNW - US), plenty of wild caught fish, eggs from local farms (pasture no soy - high omega3), adapted to cold via CT protocol, avoid all foods that f*ck your deuterium like a banana from Ecuador, spend a bunch of time outside. Haven’t felt this good

@MichaelErmi @realDaveFeldman @SBakerMD 40 yo. Lost my gallbladder, and after the surgery everything was more complicated than before. More bloating, less tolerance to certain foods. Until I read the Epi Paleo reset by @DrJackKruse and his forum to fully understand how centralized medicine lied to me for all my life.

This is Dr. Gábor Somlyai. A Hungarian molecular biologist & cancer researcher who followed 2,600+ cancer patients over 32+ years. His message? Cancer is driven by a variable almost nobody in medicine talks about: Deuterium. Here is his framework: 🧵

Among elite chess players, those with the lowest IQ are the best. Among NBA players, the shortest ones are the best. Among Hollywood actors, the least attractive are the most talented. Among elite academics, those with poorer early academic performance are the best. Among people with high LDL & high plaque burden, LDL is barely correlated with plaque burden. Learn collider bias. Nice catch by @AlexTISYoung

Isn't this a collider bias phenomenon? If becoming an elite chess kid is due to some combination of IQ and chess skill not explained by IQ, then we'd expect a negative correlation between IQ and chess skill in the elite subsample.

You can buy pretty expensive high quality EMF shielding canopies for around 2,500 USD (that you can travel with and will last a long time!) like from @SafeLivingEMF Or you can get cheap ones from Aliexpress for 100 to 500 USD that also work, but wont last a very long time and will flake off (+weird smells and questionable materials) Or you can just DIY build your own very cheaply with stuff from the hardware store (probably less than 100 USD total) like Jack below and still achieve 451,000 uW/m2 to 80 uW/m2 attentuation, which is very significant
Jack Farren@farren33926

For everyone who asked- This was my temporary “emergency made” faraday that I made around my son’s bed until we moved. It significantly reduced the radiation from the nnEMF from the 5G tower (~80microwatts) keeping him protected while he slept was (at a minimum) my priority.

Your Tesla has a 60 GHz RADAR pointed at your face. Not for driving or autopilot. For "cabin monitoring" Texas Instruments IWR6843AOP chip. 60-64 GHz millimeter wave. mounted above the rearview mirror. beaming down into the cabin. Detecting your breathing, your heart rate, whether a child is in the back seat. Sounds helpful until you understand what 60 GHz millimeter waves actually do to biology. 60 GHz penetrates roughly 0.4 mm into skin. shallow enough for the industry to call "safe" But your skin is the largest organ in your body. packed with Nerve endings, Merkel cells, melanocytes. Soviet-era research documented non-thermal biological effects of mmWaves at low power densities.. effects the FCC has never evaluated. and nobody has studied what happens when this signal runs continuously for 10-hour drives, week after week, year after year. This cabin RADAR was installed in late 2021 but never activated. Left dormant for over 3 years. February 2025, software update 2025.2.6 quietly turned it on. no opt-out or announcement. just switched on. and it doesn't turn off. it runs while you drive. while you're parked. while you're charging. while your kids sit in the back seat on a 10-hour road trip. continuous millimeter wave exposure at close range.. 0.4 to 2 meters from your body. That's not a cell tower 200 meters away. that's a RADAR transmitter inside a sealed metal box with you. a Faraday cage works both ways. the metal body of the car that blocks outside signals also TRAPS the ones generated inside. every RF source in that cabin bounces off the roof, the doors, the floor.. back into you. and the cabin RADAR is just one layer. a Tesla Model S Plaid has 46 antennas. — LTE cellular: 700-2600 MHz, 2x2 MIMO, always on — WiFi: 2.4 + 5 GHz, dual band — Bluetooth: 2.4 GHz, always scanning for your phone key — UWB ultra-wideband: 6-8 GHz, phone-as-key — GPS: 1.2-1.6 GHz — Satellite radio: 2.3 GHz — Cabin RADAR: 60-64 GHz LTE, Bluetooth and cabin RADAR are essentially ALWAYS transmitting. A 2025 study on the Tesla Model Y took 952 EMF measurements across SuperCharging, standard charging, high-speed driving, urban and idle states. They found: 1/ Peak ELF emissions during SuperCharging, especially near center console and rear seats 2/RF hotspots from LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth in the sub-6 GHz range 3/ Body voltage INCREASED during SuperCharging and high-speed driving 4/ EMF varied dramatically depending on where you sit in the cabin FCC safety limits are from 1996. Based on animal studies measuring only THERMAL effects for less than 1 hour. no non-thermal biological effects considered. no study has EVER examined chronic simultaneous exposure to ELF + LTE + WiFi + Bluetooth + 60 GHz mmWave + UWB in a sealed metal cabin. NOT ONCE. In 2021, a U.S. Court of Appeals ruled the FCC's refusal to update these limits was "arbitrary and capricious." they still haven't changed them. Martin Pall's model calculates that VGCCs amplify EMF forces by 7.2 million times at the cellular level. that calcium flooding triggers peroxynitrite formation, PARP activation, NAD+ depletion.. your repair machinery eating itself. You're sitting in a metal box with 40+ antennas, a millimeter-wave RADAR pointed at your chest and AC magnetic fields from a battery pack under your seat pulling hundreds of kilowatts during charging. and the safety standard says it's fine because your skin didn't get warm. Diabolical.

🚨Tesla’s latest software update has activated an in-cabin RADAR system in their vehicles🚨 This RADAR operates at 60 GHz, emitting microwave radiation with power levels of •20 mW EIRP (effective radiated power) • 10 mW raw transmitter power • 20 mW per MHz spectral density The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted Tesla a waiver, allowing it to run at power levels higher than typically allowed. This RADAR is designed to detect the presence of people inside the vehicle, including children & pets and can even pick up on heartbeats & breathing patterns. However.. This also means that the RADAR will be emitting microwave radiation within the cabin, right next to your head.

Cellphones do emit non-ionizing radiofrequency EMF, unlike ultrasound which uses sound waves. Studies (e.g., FDA, WHO) show no proven harm to fetuses from typical use, but some animal research suggests potential risks like behavioral effects. Ongoing HHS studies in 2026 aim to clarify. Precautions: Keep devices at a distance during pregnancy. Consult a doctor for advice.

An ultrasound device to be used by pregnant mothers at home! Home cardiotocography (CTG) has been used in practice for decades, especially in high-risk pregnancies. But an ultrasound represents another level. Terna has made it possible: they offer portable ultrasound rentals designed for pregnancy entertainment (!). No diagnosis, no medical use, just pure fun. It's an important distinction! It costs 120 USD to rent the device for 2 weeks, and 425 USD for a trimester (12 weeks). Shipping costs are included. The service is currently available only within the United States. What shall we prepare for seeing this? Pregnant mothers uploading video recordings of the ultrasound "examination" asking for ChatGPT Health's advice. "Is everything OK with my baby based on this ultrasound video?" Mark my words. But still, I love it!

Ultrasound uses sound waves, not electromagnetic radiation, so an EMF detector won't pick up emissions from it—it's not like X-rays or microwaves. Medical guidelines, backed by studies from FDA, AIUM, and others, show it's safe when used properly, though non-medical home use is advised against to avoid unnecessary exposure. Always consult a doctor for pregnancy concerns.

@grok @deCamaret @Berci That’s the problem, “medical guidelines “ are always wrong. Get an EMF detector and see how much harm you are introducing your baby.

Based on medical guidelines, ultrasound is generally safe with no proven harm from limited exposure, but experts (e.g., AIUM, FDA) advise against non-medical home use to minimize fetal risks like heat buildup and to prevent misuse or false reassurances. Terna's device is for entertainment only, not diagnosis—consult your doctor for pregnancy monitoring.
