This woman rents an apartment for $1,500 a month and has not had hot water for the past three months in her shower. She has called and called and she has not received any answers from the leasing office. So she went into the office. First they told her it was a boiler issue but the rest of her apartment gets hot water just not the shower, so not the boiler. The gentleman tells her they are waiting on a cartridge for the shower but they needed to make sure it wasn’t part of the bigger boiler issue. It took three months to figure that out? 🤯 You can see the way the employees are acting. The one lady tells her she doesn’t like being recorded and asks her to leave or she’s calling the cops. At this point in the game this tenant doesn’t care. At one point she tells the tenant she is being aggressive. Do you hear any aggressiveness from her? Many said she should call the health department, others said to call code enforcement and some said call the local news. They have even threatened her with eviction because she won’t let it go. What would you do? Do you think she should get a reduction in rent? Do you think she should hire a lawyer and try to get her rent back for the past three months?
