In Auschwitz, my mother taught me three rules. Not stories. Not prayers. Rules. The kind that kept you alive. Rule one: Never make eye contact with a guard. Rule two: Never show that you are sick. Rule three: Never, ever, lose your bowl. I was five years old. I memorized them the way other children memorize nursery rhymes. The bowl was a small tin thing. Dented. Scratched. It held whatever thin soup they gave us once a day. If you lost your bowl, you had no bowl. If you had no bowl, you had no ration. If you had no ration, you understand. I guarded that bowl with everything I had. I slept with it. I held it against my chest during roll call. I knew where it was every second of every day. Then one morning, I fell into the latrine. There is no delicate way to say this. The latrines in Auschwitz were wooden boards with holes cut into them over a pit. The holes were large. I was very small. I was in a hurry. I slipped. I went in up to my neck. The smell. The cold. The rats. I do not need to describe it. Your mind already knows. My mother tried to pull me out. She could not. I was slippery and she had no strength. None of us had strength. We had not eaten properly in months. She called out. Other women came. Together they pulled me free. Someone found a hose. They sprayed me down in the cold air while I stood there shaking. I did not cry. Rule number one in Auschwitz was the same rule everywhere, do not attract attention. But I got sick. Very sick. The kind of sick that comes from rats and filth and cold water and a body that has nothing left to fight with. And I remembered Rule Two, never show that you are sick. I hid it from everyone. From the guards. From the other children. Even from my mother, because I knew if she knew, she would do something. And doing something in Auschwitz got you killed. But someone saw. I do not know who. I do not know why they helped me instead of reporting me. I never knew. They took me to a room, a makeshift hospital. I lay in a bed, a real bed, not a wooden bunk, for the first time since we had arrived. I do not remember much of what happened next. The fever blurred everything. Days passed like smoke. When I came out, I still had my bowl. I had held it even in the latrine. Even in the fever. Even in the dark when I did not know where I was or what day it was. My mother looked at me when I came back. She looked at the bowl. She did not say anything. She just nodded, the way she nodded when something had gone the way it needed to go. People ask me what survival looks like. I tell them, sometimes it looks like a five year old girl climbing out of a latrine in a death camp, covered in filth, shaking with cold, still holding her tin bowl. Because she knew that the bowl was the difference between eating and not eating. Between living and not. Because her mother had told her. And she had listened. I am Tova Friedman. I fell into a latrine in Auschwitz at five years old. I came out still holding my bowl. Tova. #NeverForget #Survival #DaughterOfAuschwitz #ShesStillHere #TheirNamesLiveOn

My prediction? If Oklahoma’s 2026 Republican gubernatorial primary heads to a runoff, I believe the final matchup could very well be between Mike Mazzei and Jake Merrick. And honestly, the odds of a runoff are very high based on the current field and polling trends. Here’s why: Oklahoma requires a Republican candidate to receive a majority vote (50% + 1) to avoid a runoff. If no candidate reaches that threshold, the top two candidates advance to an August 25, 2026 runoff election. With 9 Republican candidates currently filed, the field is heavily fragmented. Unless one candidate suddenly surges in the final stretch, a runoff appears increasingly likely. So why Mazzei and Merrick? Gentner Drummond appears to be losing momentum as more voters begin digging into his record, the AG office expansion, establishment ties, and growing criticism surrounding his campaign. Charles McCall… well… he just can’t seem to keep Oklahoma voters awake. His campaign feels cautious, overly polished, and lacking grassroots energy in a year where voters appear hungry for something different. And Chip Keating? Nice guy, respected family name, but at this stage he simply doesn’t come across as governor material to many Republican primary voters looking for a fighter with executive presence. Meanwhile: 🔹 Jake Merrick continues gaining traction with faith-based conservatives, grassroots activists, and anti-establishment voters. 🔹 Mike Mazzei is positioning himself as the polished conservative policy candidate with strong financial and business credentials. One brings fire. One brings structure. That kind of contrast creates the perfect runoff battle. Oklahoma politics is starting to feel less like a traditional primary… and more like a pressure cooker with the lid rattling. 🌪️ What’s your prediction? #OklahomaGovernor #OKGov2026 #OklahomaPolitics

JERRY SPRINGER LEVEL CHAOS WARNING ⚠️ This wife just got the ultimate gut punch from her own DAUGHTER: “Mom… Dad has HIV.” 😱 She’s out here naming every type of herpes because she has it, where they pop up, and how they spread like it’s her PhD thesis. Then she runs to Walmart, grabs an HIV test kit, and films the whole thing in her car as she talks about her sex life. The tension…the “I might die” vibes… AND AT THE END? SHE’S NEGATIVE. But the marriage? It was already in the morgue. Who cheats with HIV/herpes and lets their kid drop the bomb?

No Drummond!
The Calvin Coolidge Project@TheCalvinCooli1

🚨Just in: Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt (@GovStitt) says he is seriously consider calling a special session to outlaw deceptive AI-generated political content in Oklahoma elections This comes after Gentner Drummond Super PAC released an AI attack ad against Mike Mazzei this week. The ad was pulled by several tv stations. Normally this would be the role of the AG to investigate but since Drummond is running for Governor and responsible for the AI ad he isn’t going to investigate himself. There are also ongoing serious questions about Drummond’s SuperPAC allegedly illegally coordinating with the Drummond’s campaign.

The Oklahoma GOP primary is June 16. Gentner Drummond is leading the polls despite documented Democratic donor history. That is exactly the kind of race where @realDonaldTrump’s endorsement will be decisive. Oklahoma deserves a governor whose record matches the rhetoric. @realDonaldTrump @RogerJStoneJr

Some guy tipped me ten dollars in quarters, and I’m still trying to figure out what kind of person thinks that’s acceptable. I just finished a DoorDash order, and he casually mentions he forgot to tip in the app—which, fine, not ideal, whatever. Then he dramatically pulls out a literal roll of quarters like he’s handing me the crown jewels. He looks me dead in the eye and says, “Sorry man, I didn’t tip on the app, this is all I’ve got.” Yeah, thanks. I love holding a handful of coins like it’s 1998. I don’t use change. I’m not a parking meter. I’m not walking around with rolls of quarters or dumping them into a Coinstar just to get the money I already earned. I took it because arguing over coins isn’t how I planned to spend my day, but that doesn’t make it okay. Tipping in quarters is peak absurdity. Tip in the app, tip in bills, tip digitally—literally anything that doesn’t involve me schlepping around loose metal. Acting like this is normal? Pure comedy. And yes, no one should ever think a pocketful of coins counts as a tip.
