
Imagine paying for Premium Economy tickets with @airfrance through @AmexTravel, only to lose the entire amount because the U.S. Embassy kept canceling visa interviews.
We couldn’t travel without a stamped visa. Air France gave us only a 1-year credit, but visa appointments are unavailable until 2027.
So after paying a premium price, the final outcome is: “Sorry, lose your money.”
Extremely disappointing customer experience and zero flexibility for circumstances outside the traveler’s control.
