Booked JioFiber on 7-Apr (ID: NO0001CQ6V6A) with same-day installation commitment. 2nd day I complained & was given a time slot, but no action.
Today another time slot, which has also lapsed without any action.

No escalation.
Support team also sitting idle from last 4 days.
Higher management not responding over Email.
