The PH-FDA statement contains outright false assertions about risk, exposure biomarkers etc. Embarrassing.

The first dictum in medicine is “First Do No Harm”. So far, all vaping products have not registered in Philippines FDA. If they want to position their product as cessation agent, they should register & submit their researches. Up to this time, not even one have done this.
