@MercedesBenzUK I need urgent support. My EQB 250+ (reg GA71 NER), under 12 months old, has suffered multiple sudden power losses while driving,including in a tunnel, on a roundabout, and at 50mph. Despite dealer involvement, the fault keeps happening. I need this taken seriously

@ConsumrRightsUK @SamsungUK @currys ok - so we are being unfairly treated with a very expensive faulty washing machine that has 5 years warranty but we are told the 0 should be an O or vice versa and as such the warranty is invalid. Poor service and poor representation
