@NCDOR There seems to be no way to get status of a refund as where's your refund is down and no one answers the phone. Is there a better answer than to start underwithholding?

@RamyaVijay1010 @marcusjsilver @SamsungUS @SamsungBizUSA I'm having similar with Samsung e-commerce customer care. I'm sent back to the same place. And a DM only does the same. I am seeing reports on the Samsung Community of Samsung being fraudulent with their offers and refunds seemingly with no recourse.

@TeamYouTube @soapreporter I get an email on the 28th after paying my bill on the 27th. So if I cancel I still have to pay for October. Seems like YouTube TV has broken its contract with me. Makes me very upset that I have to pay for something that now has less value. I will be going elsewhere. Prorate it.
