@ReasonsImBroke Why are people hating on this movie? There’s nothing in Gunns filmography that gives any reason to assume that tbs will be either a bad movie or not true to the comic. At least it won’t be whatever Snyder was trying to achieve.

@restoreZSJL Nice idea. Its just shocking that Gunn gave Ayer his word to release the Ayer Cut and he didn't. The way it looks, Zack being back at DC Studios is not DCU or Gunn influenced. It's obviously a Pam Abdy and Mike De Luca's anticipated plan to fail proof the studio. Chess move.

If Zack is brought back to do Elseworlds. And that's a big if. He needs to get them to release the Ayer cut first. Which they could do a nightmare scene to get hype for JL2. Then make Afflecks Batman movie which would then lead into Zacks JL2. Then take it from there.

@CelticRaider9 @VHSDVDBLURAY4K Man of Steel showed that Clark's powers were unraveled slowly over his pre & teen years with the higher echelon of his abilities like heat vision, flight and finally, Superspeed manifesting just around the time of the invasion. Clark did not have Superspeed when His father died.

@VHSDVDBLURAY4K Superman is faster than the Flash. No one would have even seen him save his dad. Like the Flash barely saw all those punches Superman was throwing his direction in Justice League. So a normal human would have never noticed, making this scene even more meaningless.

@VHSDVDBLURAY4K The heart attack death of Jon Kent makes more sense as both tragic and humbling for Clark. It was something internal and unexpected that he, as Superman with all his powers, wasn't able to do anything save his Father. The powerful could be made powerless.
