The film #RajaShivaji is beautifully presented — one of the finest movie on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj ever shown on the big screen. @Riteishd, @geneliad, @juniorbachchan & the rest of the cast have delivered excellent performances. The story begins from the generation before Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and gradually moves forward. A key highlight of the film is the strong influence of Jijau (Jijabai) on Shivaji Maharaj, along with the support of his self-respecting elder brother. As the film progresses, it effectively showcases Maharaj’s qualities and skills. The episode of Afzal Khan—and the reasons behind his campaign against Swarajya—is given significant depth and time. During these scenes, the audience filled the theater with slogans, applause, and whistles in admiration of Maharaj. The entry of Jiva Mahala is particularly engaging. Despite being 3 hours and 15 minutes long, the film does not feel lengthy. At the beginning, the title appears as Raja Shivaji, and at the end it changes to Raja Shiv Chhatrapati. This suggests that a second part is yet to come, which will likely be titled Raja Shiv Chhatrapati.
