Is it just the Marketing industry that uses words like “raids” when talking about acquiring new people?
We’re either on some sort of mystical quest or so angry that we can’t attract talent we’ve got to kick the doors down and drag them out.

@SunnyEdwards Should just be a 1% tax that all fighters pay that goes into a boxing charity pot. Small fee but it’s relative and will add up considerably over time.

@NewAgeBoxingUK One can only hope that this will drive more ‘innovation’ in the pro product. You see it all the time i.e. challenger brand looks to take on the big brand. Context in the pro game is different so not everything will apply but, at the very least, this can provide some inspiration.
