@MAS @agoda @TajinderBagga @MAS I understand the policies laid down by @agoda . I have raised the issue with them withing 15 minutes of booking and is still pending . I would appreciate if the matter is resolved as the booking is with Malaysian airlines. @agoda

Booked an @AkasaAir ticket via @agoda and accidentally selected Navi Mumbai instead of Mumbai. Tried cancelling via Agoda - they showed a cancellation fee of ₹4,764 and refund of just ₹1,571. Then I checked directly with Akasa Air. Akasa Air’s own cancellation page shows: • Total deduction: ₹299 • Refund amount: ₹6,076 Akasa customer care also confirmed the airline cancellation charge is only ₹299, and since the booking was made through Agoda, the refund would go back to Agoda. So the obvious question: If the airline is deducting only ₹299, why is Agoda charging me ₹4,764? That’s an extra ₹4,465 for what exactly? Charging 15x the airline’s actual cancellation fee for the same ticket feels completely unethical. @agodaindia please explain this loot. @AkasaAir passengers deserve transparency from booking partners. @jagograhakjago @MoCA_GoI

Congrats India , Congrats Europe ! Today is Republic day in India. That is always a good reason for celebrations. But today there is extra reason for the people of India as well as us Europeans to be happy. ❤️ Prime Minister Modi and EU leaders are expected to announce the free trade agreement between India and Europe during the ceremonies in Delhi. As a block Europe is Indias largest trading partner. When the US has started weaponizing trade, its so important that Bharat and Europe understand what trade is all about - a tool for mutual cooperation, a tool to provide jobs and prosperity for both Indians and Europeans. Almost all clients of ours from the NCR Delhi region are complaining about throat rash, difficulty in breathing, eye burn issues and constant brain fog. A few of them left Delhi for 40-50 days. Even Air purifiers are not helping much. Not sure if the authorities understand this or not, this is harmful and scarier than covid outbreak.
