#2 – Projection – When someone takes what they are feeling and attempts to put it on someone else to artificially reduce their own anxiety. Examples: “Stop living in fear.” (the attacker is living in fear) “You can take your mask off.” (they are insecure about being unmasked themselves) “When are you going to stop masking?” “You can’t live in fear forever.”

#1 – Denial – Pretending a problem does not exist to provide artificial relief from anxiety. Examples: “During COVID” or “During the pandemic” (past tense) “The pandemic is over” “Covid is mild” “It’s gotten milder” “Covid is now like a cold or the flu” “Masks don’t work anyway” “Covid is NOT airborne” “Pandemic of the unvaccinated” “Schools are safe” “Children don’t transmit COVID” “Covid is mild in young people” “Summer flu” “I’m sick but it’s not Covid” Taking a rapid test only once Using self-reported case estimates (25x underestimate) rather than wastewater-derived case estimation Using hospitalization capacity estimates to enact public health precautions (lagging indicator) Citing mortality estimates rather than excess mortality estimates. Citing excess mortality without adjusting for survivorship bias.

Q: How does the #Ebola virus spread from one person to another? A: Ebola spreads through direct contact with the blood, body fluids, or tissues of an infected person, including someone who has died from the disease. It can also spread through contaminated objects such as bedding, clothing or medical equipment. Health workers and caregivers are at higher risk if infection prevention measures are not strictly followed. Q: What are the common signs and symptoms of #Ebola infection? A: Common symptoms include sudden fever, weakness, headache, muscle pain and sore throat. As the disease progresses, patients may develop vomiting, diarrhea, rash, stomach pain and, in some cases, bleeding. Symptoms can appear between 2 and 21 days after exposure to the virus. Q: Which groups of people are most at risk of getting #Ebola? A: People most at risk include hunters, family members caring for infected relatives, health workers without adequate protective equipment, laboratory personnel handling samples, and individuals involved in unsafe burial practices. Communities with frequent population movement or limited access to healthcare may also face increased risk during outbreaks. Learn more about #Ebola disease: who.int/news-room/fact…

They should do more than review the sentencing. They conduct a thorough investigation into the judge who bizarrely praised the rapists behaviour in court.

🚨 NEW: The Government will review the sentencing of three teenage boys after they avoided jail for raping two girls, including one at knife point Two of the boys received youth rehabilitation orders while the judge praised their behaviour in court

One thing that could make a BIG difference is portable air filters. These are essentially large fans with an integral filter which create air flow whilst simultaneously filtering out airborne pathogens like viruses & air pollution. Listen to Prof Beggs at the Covid Inquiry ⬇️

5 days ago my uncle said his wife tested positive for COVID but he was negative. Today, he visited my mom, who is in hospital, just moved from ICU to PCU for stage 4 COPD. I know he doesn't mask. How is this okay? He probably has COVID, or at least a cold, either can kill her!

So we have: ▪️NHS guidance that forbids hospital-wide air-con ▪️hospitals relying solely on natural ventilation ▪️windows that can’t open more than 100mm. Patients & staff deserve better. As a bare minimum, the govt MUST urgently prioritise air filters for overheated wards.

Big news! 🎉 Smart Air UK is now on the NHS Supply Chain. Hospitals and healthcare settings across the UK can now access our HEPA air purifiers through the NHS Supply Chain framework. A milestone we are incredibly proud of. #SmartAir #NHS #NHSSupplyChain #CleanAir

I was young in the 80s/90s in the UK. I don’t remember my parents ever going out to eat, except when we were on holiday (in the UK). I don’t think they ever took me to a fast food restaurant, or ordered takeaway food. People today have no clue how working people lived. /1
Raven@raven_brah

Boomers seem to forget that fast food used to be a normal, everyday expense for them because it was affordable. You could get a burger easily on minimum wage, it wasn’t some fancy treat you had once a year as a reward for pulling yourself up by your bootstraps.

Ebola cases have tripled and it’s getting worse. I’ve covered two outbreaks in my time — both terrifying. It’s disturbingly easy to catch it, and has a 40%-plus death rate. Sometimes families are boarded up in their homes to die untreated. It passes to humans through eating bodies of infected bats, monkeys, antelopes etc — bushmeat.

One of the reasons the judge gave such a disgustingly lenient sentence is because these boys were of too low intelligence to understand consent. They lured two different girls to go on a 'date', then raped them and filmed it while laughing and shared it online. But apparently the 'consent' bit was a touch tricky. Judge needs locking up with them.

The police arrested me for reporting these injuries They broke my door down & seized my make up, pretending I had painted the injuries on my face, despite the fact I had a CT scan from the NHS who logged the injuries This is obscene
