Unit News: Brothers in Arms – Operation Valiant Strike This Friday, Brothers in Arms (@A3BiACommunity) returns to the island of Everon for Operation Valiant Strike, a large-scale modern combat operation centered around NATO’s counteroffensive against occupying Russian forces. Set more than thirty years after the original conflict on Everon, Russian Armed Forces have launched a full-scale invasion of the island following escalating regional tensions. Amphibious assaults and airborne landings allowed Russian troops to rapidly seize major towns, military facilities, communication hubs, and strategic road networks across the island. Mechanized infantry, armored vehicles, air defense systems, and reconnaissance elements have since fortified their positions as additional reinforcements continue arriving from the mainland. In response, NATO rapid reaction forces have been deployed to halt further Russian expansion. Participating players will take on the role of a US Army Ranger platoon tasked with spearheading offensive combat operations to retake key sectors of Everon and establish a foothold for future NATO operations. The operation will begin with the establishment of a secure landing zone before forces push inland to eliminate Russian defensive positions controlling major infrastructure and roadways. From there, units will conduct assaults on enemy-held military facilities and communication sites while targeting armored assets, anti-air defenses, and logistical support positions throughout the area of operations. Players can expect a high-intensity combined arms experience featuring mechanized threats, fortified enemy positions, rotary-wing insertions, and coordinated infantry assaults as NATO forces attempt to reclaim control of Everon.
