At back of Guildford station today at 7:08 to get the 7:15 to LDN to find it shut! Got round to the front and with 2 minutes to go asked for help as I have limited mobility so can’t run. 4 staff laughed at me and did nothing!Missed the train. Shame on you!

The event will run from 10:30am till 6pm with a variety of talks and workshops in 3 different locations within Dorking Halls, along with a number of stalls where you can get information on charities and businesses offering ways to look after our mental health or access support.

@annawalton81 I’m a huge advocate for prevention and early intervention so I would say absolutely come along. There will be activities and entertainment that you can all take part in and a Mood Food Cafe for delicious healthy treats,however the speaker programme is aimed at an older audience.

@annawalton81 Hello! This is open to all ages and we have a varied mix of talks, workshops and resilience activities including parkour, mindfulness, gardening and a Mood food cafe. There is truly something for everyone. Hope to see you there.
