#baghpatpolice अवगत कराना है कि आज दिनांक 09.06.2026 को सायं लगभग 06:00 बजे थाना बड़ौत पुलिस को सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि दिल्ली-सहारनपुर रोड स्थित एक व्यक्ति द्वारा अपनी दुकान पर बैठे पिता-पुत्र के ऊपर फायरिंग की गई है, जिसमें दोनों गम्भीर रूप से घायल हो गये । दोनों को उपचार हेतु जिला अस्पताल भेजा गया, जहां दोनों को मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। सूचना प्राप्त होते ही पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं थाना बड़ौत पुलिस तत्काल मौके पर पहुंच गई। घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक साक्ष्य संकलित किए जा रहे हैं। मृतकों के शवों को कब्जे में लेकर पंचायतनामा एवं पोस्टमार्टम की कार्यवाही की जा रही है। प्रथम दृष्टया दोनों पक्षों के मध्य लगभग 10 वर्ष पुराने मुकदमेबाजी संबंधी विवाद बताया जा रहा है। अभियोग पंजीकृत कर आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी हेतु 10 पुलिस टीमों का गठन कर आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा रही है। क्षेत्र में शांति एवं कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति सामान्य है। प्रकरण में अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही प्रचलित है। इस सम्बन्ध में पुलिस अधीक्षक बागपत द्वारा दी गई बाइट- @Uppolice
