The BFI's #FilmOnFilm festival was out of this world. Such a well thought-out mixture of films, panels, discussions, workshops with loads of free events. Some of the best and dynamic audience engagement I've experienced in 30 years of going to festivals there.

When I told my daughter that I was off to the brilliant @ICOtweets #ScreeningDays this morning she was worried I’d be lonely and drew me a pic. Pleased to say that I’m not: there’s loads of wonderful exhibitors around and it’s fab to see industry coming together in person again!

Friday was my last day working as Curator of Contemporary Fiction Film at the BFI National Archive. It was such an enriching experience and I've been reflecting on some of the amazing works I managed to acquire into the national collection over the last four years.
