Had she never came out of her car, she’d still be with us today . All in all it’s a sad situation ….

I’m sure the elderly lady knew she had a heart condition…

The worker had no right to come from behind that counter and wrestle with her on the ground .

The elderly lady took that to mean oh she put her hands on me. When you are that escalated, and upset all you see is black and that probably made her even more upset and her first thought was to attack her by pushing her, and punching her .

The manager was definitely telling her to go and tried to deescalate the situation by putting her hand on her shoulder…. Was she wrong for touching her? Yes .

As soon as she walked in, and became aggressive, the situation should have went another way.
