Please stop recommending yoga or exercise to “cure” disabilities. First of all, exercise sometimes makes certain disabilities worse. Second, don’t you think if that worked, we would have done that already? Many disabled people do as much as they can. It’s not for lack of trying.

@Nicole_Lee_Sch I recently started using my cane outside of the house. You're right using it helps the pain level stay lower!

Please clap, I actually took my cane with me this morning when I left home with 20% pain levels so they STAY 20% pain levels. Its often SO hard to convince myself to do this bc I tell myself Im not "bad enough" to use it. 1/2

Was not sure if I should post it, people are so negative here. But on Saturday I did my driver's test and I passed. For years I had severe driving anxiety. Something happened when I was very young. But I started driving more and I got it!
