Had a great meet at the outdoor CCL Conference Championship placed first in every event and making a new pr in the 100m with a 10.72 and in the 200m 21.94. Ready for Sectionals next Thursday. @CoachSwansonFB @stlxctf @STLcoach_chambo @_CoachKp

Great day on the track today. At CCL CONFERENCE VARSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS Ran a 10.92 in the 100m placing 4th , a 22.35 in the 200m placing 3rd, and anchored the 4x100 to a 1st place finish 🥇 More work to do. @stlxctf @STLcoach_chambo @STLVikingFB

Excited to officially run a 10.89 in the 100m dash. Proud of the progress, hard work, and consistency it took to get here. This is a huge milestone for me and motivation to keep pushing for even better results. Grateful for everyone supporting me along the way.
