Let’s overthink “How are you?” for a moment. We say it often, but do we always mean it? For some, it’s small talk. For others, it’s a loaded question. Sometimes, I’d rather hear: “It’s nice to see you.” It acknowledges without demanding. It offers warmth without pressure. A small shift that can make someone feel seen. What phrases make you feel truly welcomed?

It’s okay to move on from people who don’t align with where you are in your life anymore. In fact, it’s necessary. Don’t let anyone hold you back from reaching your true potential 💛
