The only low IQ take here is thinking a bill passing through Congress is going to reverse a bear market.
First, it's priced in. If insiders know the Clarity Act is passing, they've already built their positions months ago. You're not getting the same entry as them.
Second, any bounce off the news will be used by the same big players to sell into. That's how it works.
Good news in a downtrend isn't a magical reversal. It's an exit opportunity for insider institutions who still need to exit their positions.

I’m sorry, but Saying that Bitcoin and Crypto have already Priced in the Clarity Act is one of the lowest IQ takes I’ve seen in a long time. Price has been dropping for months as they get closer to approval. The Clarity act and manipulation that has been happening over the last couple months have been a concerted effort to scare retail away so that Institutional investors can buy cheap Crypto. If anything they are baking in the bottom before it passes!

$BTC One of the reasons I'm confident the bottom isn't in yet. My trend indicator has timed every bear market bottom and bull market breakout over the last decade. Green cloud = go. Every time. No exceptions. $300 in 2015. $3.5K in 2019. $16K in 2023. All circled. All marked the start of the next bull. It's not green yet. My guess is it finds a bottom between $40-$50K, and flips green on the re-entry of the top end.
