You are designed to sweat. A lot. Humans have 3+ million sweat glands. We put loads of evolutionary xp points in being able to outsweat our prey. But now most people don't sweat at all. We sit in AC all day. Train in AC, work in AC, drive in AC. An organ system this elaborate should not go unused. Heat shock proteins are real and sweat is an underrated detox route. But more importantly sweating consistently does something to your neurochemistry. Heat exposure triggers endorphins, dynorphins, and BDNF. Embrace the sweat. Its good for you
