this is a doll commonly known as MDD, and it is approximately 45cm tall.
This doll is a one-of-a-kind custom doll made by an individual, so there are no other dolls exactly like it.
The head is a VOLKS DDH-01, and the body is based on a DOLLBOT DBC body, with some body parts such as the chest and lower body replaced.
Many people recommend the VOLKS MDD body, but personally, I prefer the sculpting of the DBC body.
Regarding heads, you can find custom-made and painted heads sold by individuals on Yahoo Auctions, etc. If you search for "DDH custom," you should find many wonderful dolls.
you might also consider painting the head yourself.
