@DestinyNostalgi The devs are more interested in what gender they are today, let alone have any passion for Destiny 2.

I'm not saying not to sign this, but the real needle mover will be logging in June 9th. Sony has shown to really not care that much about these things (See Bloodborne), it could get 200k signatures, but if the player numbers on June 9th are average then it won't matter.

I see a lot of people signing a petition for D3, but If you want a Destiny 3, log on June 9th and play the fuck out of Monument of Triumph. I can assure you that whatever numbers that update pulls will be looked at very closely. Make the Destiny franchise undeniable.

Reports suggest Bungie originally planned to support Destiny 2 for much longer, but growing financial pressure appears to have changed those plans after Sony acquired the studio. According to multiple claims, Sony reviewed Bungie’s financial performance and became concerned about rising development costs, missed targets, and declining player engagement. That reportedly increased internal focus on Marathon. Several reports also say many Bungie employees were not fully aware of how serious the company’s financial situation was until layoffs and restructuring began affecting multiple teams.
