Behind South Africa's democracy is a story of people who refused to be silenced — & a world that chose to listen. The @UN🇺🇳declared apartheid a crime against humanity, rallied nations behind sanctions & gave the movement a global platform. In 1994, multilateralism delivered.

South African families are already feeling climate impacts: rising fuel costs, polluted air, extreme weather. Properly inflated tyres reduce emissions & fuel consumption. Small actions, multiplied across millions, drive real change. #ActNow 🔗 bit.ly/4vzJz0l

1. The Data Backer Situation: You are proposing a new strategy based on recent metrics. Response: The data indicates we should pivot to option B for Q3. Why it works: It removes your personal opinion from the equation completely. You are no longer guessing. You are simply translating the facts for the team.

1. The Stage Manager Situation: You are trying to do real work but keep getting frustrated because apps open in full screen. You cannot overlap reference material with your writing app like you do on a laptop. Setup: Swipe down from the top right to open Control Center. Tap the Stage Manager icon (a rectangle with three dots). Why it works: It unlocks true desktop class windowing. You can resize, overlap, and group up to four apps on your screen at once, completely changing how you multitask on a tablet.

Africa needs US$277B per year to meet its NDCs, public finance alone cannot close that gap. We convened carbon market decision-makers to explore solutions to harness Africa’s potential to leverage the carbon credits to meet climate goals while achieving development aspirations.
