That's a valid question. Allow me to answer. We are not taking any new money from anybody. These are old notes that have to be repaid. Any conversions right now are into restricted stock because we are dark on our financials so they cannot convert into free trading. It is our goal to have them paid off in cash upon certain transactions coming through.

$CLNV has the equipment arriving today which is a great sign. I expect the permits and funding to be shortly behind them followed by intake/offtake agreements. It may not be overnight as the buildout will take time, but it's up from here and buying on dips.

$CLNV it truly is the beginning.. when the facility got the 15M loan from WV we were at .038 but none of the machinery had been delivered now we have the behemoths and permits next in line. I truly believe we are at the bottom upside is crazy
