Absolutely true -Jesse stood up in parliament, said anyone with accentuating circumstances could continue to settle - my wife had cancer - I am not allowed to settle and I’m now paying HMRC £500 a mth for next 15 years and I won’t have settled. IMHO @Jesse_Norman told an untruth

@LCAG_2019 @UKLabour must not make the same mistake of leaving the HMT & HMRC fox to guard the hen-coop, as @Conservative Govt did with Morse Review. FOIs showed the last thing ministers wanted was a truly independent review that would look beyond HMRC's contractor sole liability narrative
