@Xfinity how am I being charged because your staff forgot to properly process my cancellation. I have all the proof it should have been cancelled and I'm still being charged . This is why I left.

@Xfinity you guys are literally the worst. How do you want to charge me cancellation fees because you guys messed up? When I have the cancellation confirmation from before the fees apply.
