@FitbitSupport Thank you for the reply. I tried a restart but the battery level is still plummeting afterward. It’s dropped about 6% in a couple of minutes. I’ll DM you

@FitbitSupport so after foolishly updating my Fitbit Charge 5 a few days ago when prompted to through the App to the latest firmware (1.171.50) the battery life which hadn’t really been an issue prior to this is now approx 1 hour!!! 😡

Anyway to rollback the firmware update? Can I reinstall the older version??

My Charge 5 is now basically useless. I contacted support (46342908) both via chat and then by phone without much in the way of resolution. Email I had back from support said “We’re working on a firmware update and hope to fix the issue soon.” What’s “soon” mean??

@sdmts - scrolling matrix sign in the bus says to text DOWNLOAD to 46687 to download an app to get real time updates? But the SMS response I get back is: “Stop ID DOWNLOAD is not valid. Please check that the correct Stop ID was entered and try again.” - ?
