The driver in the viral video claims that nagkasundo na daw sila ng siklista, na umano’y umamin na sya (siklista) ang may kasalanan.
To obviate any further disinformation that this EX-POLICEMAN (there, i am revealing his status in government) will foist upon the public, i attach the cyclist’s account of what happened at the police station.
In a nutshell, SIYA NA YUNG BINATUKAN AT TINUTUKAN NG BARIL, PINAGBAYAD PA SYA NG ₱500.
Further, the person who uploaded the video has now also been threatened “baka pati ikaw makasuhan”. If you can’t access the video anymore, be it known that i have saved it as evidence.
I hate bringing cases to be judged via social media. But this is one instance where it now becomes my social and civic duty to let the public know. The crimes of Attempted Homicide, Grave Threats and Slander by Deed have been captured on video. I ask for your prayers that attempts by people with guns to silence the victim and witnesses will not succeed.
