Had to end a contract with a client on Upwork earlier today. One of the reasons I left last year is creeping back, no real protection when clients keep adding new tasks after completing the agreed ones, and still refuse to approve the submission. Imagine doing the work, finishing all agreed tasks, only to be told the job won’t be approved. At that point, the only option is to walk away. Freelancers deserve better.
