When Gov. Morrisey wanted to pressure the legislature to push through a tax cut ahead of the trigger and expand the Hope Scholarship, we heard nothing about TANF/child care gap. Those are dollars that could have funded critical child welfare programs that we cannot afford to cut.

Never in history has such a trip even remotely near this scale and caliber occurred. This Trump-Xi meeting is far bigger than most realize.
