One thing we can easily miss is that breath awareness is not limited to formal practise. You don't have to be sitting on a yoga mat or doing breathing exercises to notice how you breathe. It's actually better to bring your attention to your breath many times each day.

Nasal breathing must be comfortable during exercise. Having a higher Bolt score and wearing a nasal dilator helps. There are times that one needs to open the mouth especially during higher intensity exercise.
