Of the possible outcomes moving forward, almost all would tilt cut in my view, with maybe one tilting hold (not raise)

People in the Trump admin. Not you. They might lower rates if we are seeing a credit crisis and massive layoffs. It depends. I think they ultimately lower but the damage will be under way and it will take 12 months of lower interest rates to have any impact on economy. Study the last 2 recessions. Rates were being cut into them. Just because Trump wants lower rates doesn’t mean anything.
