I do think MTG should’ve gone down fighting and made Trump and AIPAC spend all that time and money beating her. No doubt she’d have lost, but forcing them to beat both her and Massie on the same day would’ve mattered and maybe helped Massie.
HalalFlow@halalflow

By resigning and choosing not to run for reelection, MTG did a huge favor to Trump. It perfectly aligned interests and freed up more resources, allowing all that political money to be concentrated on the goal of trying to defeat Thomas Massie

I don’t mix prayer and politics much. But I’m praying for Thomas Massie today. Losing one of the few remaining fearless men of principle in our government would be a devastating blow for a country already on the brink of collapse.

I did not see this coming, but my election has become an inflection point for our whole country. Today we make history. Will you be part of this historic day by voting, calling friends who can vote, posting to social media, or making a donation? Spread the word fellow patriots!

I know the influencer accounts are busy posting fire emojis, but this China trip looks like a dud. We got a non-binding Boeing order, less than half its original size, and some vagaries about soy beans. China got profuse praise, concessions on trade, support for buying our farmland and 500,000 student visas, AI chips, and the softening of demands around Iran. Sorry, I can't lie to you and tell you this was a good result. Scream at me if you must.

BREAKING: Trump bought millions in stocks after the Iran war dip. He also has had unusual large gains. You can see some of his top gains here, where he has made millions. Unusual.

I don’t understand what Jared Polis is thinking. But I know America will regret deciding that there shouldn’t be accountability for everyone who tried to overturn a United States election.

Lmfao in what universe is AOC pro Israel. She’s still never voted to give them a dime. There is constructive criticism and then there is just being a wrecker. Do you not understand that you’re participating in the right wing propaganda that the post below is referencing?
Kate Willett@katewillett

I don’t even know why her biggest fans are anxious to have her run on an ambiguous pro Israel line in 2028, there’s nothing in current polling that suggests the people are hungry for more weapons to Israel and capitulation to establishment Dems.

@ggreenwald Literally just apologize for lying to people about trump being anti war. it has had real consequences - own up to how hard you got played.

This person works for a Dem Party site founded and run by Bill Kristol, who one can plausibly argue has more blood on his hands, and a history of more repellent views, than anyone in American media. He's never apologized for most of them. Yet her she is with this lecture:
Sarah Longwell@SarahLongwell25

I have a litmus test for people who have said terrible things in their past: Have they apologized and said the previously-stated terrible views were terrible? Because if they have, then I’m inclined to judge them based on the views they are currently expressing.

@katewillett was shocked to read this totally made up "unambiguously pro Israel" AOC take and then I remembered you were telling people to vote third party on election night.

@ryangrim @arash_tehran You continue to mislead about the timeline of events for some bizarre reason. And most people don't define "paying the price" as going from one podcast circuit to another.

What’s weird about this days long crash out from @arash_tehran is that nobody is saying you need to form some new political party with MTG or even say anything nice about any of her history or any of her other views. Not hard to say, ya know, I think she’s the worst person ever but I’m glad she’s standing up against genocide and war with Iran. Not being willing to say even that is a choice. I get why AOC won’t, MTG has been personally vicious toward her for years, stalking and harassing her at her office, etc. But it is just an obvious statement of fact that when it comes to war and genocide and defending Epstein’s victims, she stood up when it mattered and paid a price for that. And it’s fine to say that’s a good thing she did.

it’s dishonest to talk about mtg or tucker as being any more deceitful when she boldly lied about kamala “working tirelessly for a ceasefire.” yeah no shit they have their own political motives. so does aoc. the day she grows a spine is when she can differentiate herself from mtg
Acyn@Acyn

AOC: I personally do not trust somebody like Marjorie Taylor Greene—a proven bigot and anti-semite—on the issues of what is good for Gazans and Israelis. I don’t think it benefits our movement to align with white nationalists.

I can’t believe AOC is hesitant to work with a woman who has stalked her, harassed her, lied about her, supported ICE, praised Alex Jones, attacked queer people, promoted Q anon, did CrossFit Very selfish of her, shame on AOC

MTG did not sacrifice her political career. She quit her job in the middle of her term the day after her pension vested to become a podcaster. That’s not a profile in courage. Let’s stop pretending otherwise. At least Thomas Massie stayed in the race and faced the voters.
Ryan Grim@ryangrim

MTG sacrificed her political career to stand against genocide, against Trump, against the Epstein Class, and to defend the survivors of Epstein’s trafficking. If that doesn’t earn credibility I don’t know what possibly could.
