UPDATE: Today, the Fifth Circuit granted our motion for relief in Louisiana v. FDA, pausing the mailing of abortion drugs while the court considers our appeal. This is a long-overdue step toward holding the Biden FDA accountable for putting politics over women's safety and babies' lives. The human cost of the FDA’s recklessness cannot be overstated. In Louisiana alone, nearly 1,000 abortion drugs are unlawfully shipped into the state every month, despite its pro-life laws. That's nearly 1,000 babies killed each month in just one state. And the FDA’s own black box label warns that roughly 1 in 25 women will visit the ER after taking abortion drugs as directed. Still, it chose to allow the drugs to be sent in the mail to circumvent pro-life state laws after the Dobbs decision. This left countless women to suffer the trauma of induced labor without medical screening, and enabled abusive men, human traffickers, and other bad actors to order these high-risk drugs online and force or trick women into taking them. Women and children deserve better. I applaud the Fifth Circuit's ruling to protect them. @ADFLegal is honored to litigate alongside @AGLizMurrill and on behalf of Rosalie Markezich. With these courageous women, we will continue to fight for babies and their mothers against the FDA and its dangerous abortion drug policies.

Serious question: how much runway does the Supreme Court of Virginia actually have to decide the redistricting case? Between ballot prep, early voting, and the August primary—at some point the clock, not the court, will force the decision.

Did you ask for more and get denied, or did you only ask for 8 field staff and litigation support? I’ve spoken with major RNC donors who are frustrated by this. I'll share your advice that they raise it with @JoeGruters and @kc4gop. I asked a fair question. The ad hominem response isn’t just the weakest form of an argument, it raises real concerns about how you’re representing Virginia Republicans on the national committee. If you think I'm ill informed, you should have engaged with me. I'd have welcomed an exchange or even a phone call.
