Det här får mig att fundera på om jag öht ska rösta i höst. Att ta in underbetalda arbetskraftsinvandrare för att dumpa svenska löner låter inte rimligt.

Från ett verkligt exempel: Pakistanier kommer till Sverige. Pluggar två terminer. Tar ett IT-jobb med lön ca 10-15K under marknadspris. Säkrar UT. Fru och tre barn anhöriginvandrar. Ett barn är handikappad. LSS-bolag bildas. Fru får nu mångmiljonbelopp av kommunen att ta hand om sin och sin kusins son. Är han bra på sitt jobb? Nja, men han kostar ju 33% mindre. Istället för höjd produktivitet har vi nu sänkt den och på kort sikt skickat notan till skattebetalarna. Enshittification av arbetskraften fortsätter upp i yrkesgrupperna. Vi blir fler och fler, sämre och sämre, till ett lägre pris. Lite som att hotell i Indien för inte så länge sedan hade vattenkillar som sprang med hinkar i trapporna och fyllde upp vattentanken på taket. ”En vinst för svenska samhället”

Winding down the Red Arrows is part of a broader retreat of the armed forces from public life. The Royal Tournament was once a pillar of British culture, as was the great British airshow. There used to be a dozen RAF station open days, but now there is only one official RAF airshow - at which the F35 makes only a cursory appearance, and most of the line up is classic aircraft in private hands. We have stopped showcasing our military. It plays no real part in boyhood anymore - and then the same pinheaded accountant class wonder why nobody wants to join the forces and any sense of national unity is collapsing. They stopped the Royal Navy's Yeovilton Air Day because of Covid and then never re-started it, and I struggle to think of any military events north of the M62. The BBMF seldom ventures north of Bradford, and the main RAF presence is RIAT which is hundreds of miles away for most people, and costs £70 per adult. The airshow tradition is mainly upheld by small independent events, and though they are excellent, young people don't get the experience of being on an active military base. By the time I was of military age, I'd already been to RAF Valley, Cosford, Leeming, Culdrose, Alconbury, Finningley and Waddington. Because of this, while I never joined the armed forces, I have maintained a lifelong appreciation for the armed forces and take a keen intertest in defence affairs. Politically, we suffer from defence illiteracy, and we're making it worse because defence of the realm is not integrated into public life. cc: @thinkdefence @UKDefJournal

Socialdemokraterna har gjort en 180-graderssväng om den allra viktigaste delen i vår omläggning av migrationspolitiken. Man kan inte hävda sig stå för en stram migrationspolitik om man samtidigt vill att Sverige ska fortsätta dela ut permanenta uppehållstillstånd för asylinvandrare.

Those who fail to believe that never read about the “school” of Russian torture. NKVD, then KGB, then FSB, as well as the prison and camp system used the most deranged methods of psychological and physical torture throughout the 20th century.
Some of the methods were/are so common that they are known under particular terms. For instance, “conveyor interrogations” - sleep deprivation technique, endless interrogation by different persons without any time to sleep, for days. I will not go into details of other ones, such as “swallow”, “telephone”, “elephant” and so on and so forth.
What you need to know about the Russian security forces is that they have a century-old well-documented tradition of torture. These are not some exceptional cases. It is a system, well-designed and largely known.

@hanifbali Invandrare borde inte få rätt till LSS för handikapp de haft före ankomsten. Man borde heller inte få anställa anhöriga som hämtas hit som personliga assistenter. Som det är nu finns ju enorma incitament för import av funktionshindrade. Varför har inget gjorts åt detta?
