@sk1nnybl4ckg1rl do you know anatomy? 💀 some people's uterus LITERALLY protrudes naturally. Like it sits up. Not to mention things like fibroids, hormones, etc that cause it to expand. For some women it IS impossible. For some. Not all, but some for SURE.

@germfr33 Forest pic is very likely air -- u mentioned using lax, that definitely can create gas. also remember you intestines are miles long so any g.i change can take a few days to complete

@slimisms yes! I'm in the same boat, but its only temporary while your body repairs itself, so I've been trying to be consistent so it doesn't spike more

ok guys I need advice…… I’ve been heavily restricting (eating 500 cals below bmr & 1000 cals below maintenance) and intermittent fasting every day for about 4 weeks straight. and it’s been a couple weeks now since the scale has budged…. do I need a metab day?
