They also have to cover business overhead like manufacturing and shipping etc. what options do you recommend for design?

@phakealways @Kelly_McKernan The person was asking for EIGHTY illustrations for only $50/illustration or around $2/hr pay. Tarot cards aren't playing cards. They're not simple. There are entire scenes/portraits on each card. Artists refusing to be exploited are not "literally pushing [people] to AI.

@MotionMarkus Aside from principles and NFTs taking everything most artists hate about “fine art” and cranking it to a 10, The amount of NFT “founders” pulling scams and false promises on artists and especially pixel artists is insane. So most of them just refuse it completely.

@CopySutra I hate to break it to you but NONE of these examples are very good design choices for logos. It’s possible that the AI did return some decent logos. But the ones you curated are very unremarkable. So I think designers will still be ok.

@MotionMarkus I think it is pretty shameful to pretend to really want a piece of art from an artist and then receive it for free but immediately sell it. I say shame away. if you just want money then say that. But I guess begging for art is classier than begging for money 🙄
