My sister has Down Syndrome and could easily fall victim to somebody wishing to exploit her. I hadn’t really considered it before but her birthday is in January. This year she’s getting a Glock.

Arm *all* people? Children are often victimized - do we arm children? Is there a cut-off age or are we issued guns at birth? Can we refuse our government-issued AR-15s? Should we arm the blind? What about those with violent pasts? They can be victims too!
