More sources have now told me Daryl Morey, Sixers President of Basketball Operations is all but done with the team.

Changes are coming for @Sixers after another disappointing season. I'm told by sources #Sixers organization having serious discussions to fire/replace Daryl Morey, President of Basketball Operations. His record since being hired by 76ers in 2020 has not been good enough to make it past 2nd Round of #NBAPlayoffs. Terrible track record of Draft Picks, Trades, and signings. Organization feels a change needs to be made.

@jodymacman Sixers haven't advanced to the Eastern Conference finals since 2000-2001(25 yrs ago). I don't see that changing anytime soon.

This argument is disingenuous at best … Personally, I don’t care for the separation of public and private school tournaments, but that doesn’t mean I don’t see the flaws in the system as is. But this argument is just total gaslighting.

@SpikeEskin It doesn't matter who manages the current Phillies roster, they collectively have a ZERO baseball IQ . And no one can change that.

Rob Thomson had a good run as manager, seems like a great guy and was not the only issue, clearly. But the team plays terrible fundamental baseball, makes an insane number of mental errors in the field and the base paths, and looks checked out. If that's not on the manager I don't know what is. Sometimes coaches and managers just run their course and the locker room/clubhouse stops responding and that is what happened here. They're not a 100 win team but they also shouldn't be the worst team in baseball.
