Kevin O'Leary made his money in classic boomer fashion. He benefited from cheap housing, cheap education, expanding consumer markets, rising asset prices for decades. A mediocre operator in 1985 had easier odds than an exceptional operator today. Kevin didn't invent anything, nor did he innovate. He made most of his money from capital allocation, not value creation. In typical boomer fashion, Kevin's advice unconsciously assumes that markets aren't saturated, education guarantees mobility, housing remains cheap, globalization continues upward etc. This is a level of tone-deafness we only see from the boomer cohort. Musk and Bezos are not like this. Nor were Carnegie and Ford. Boomers are uniquely out of touch

Here's where this goes... Firstly, kiss successful insurance claims goodbye. Any accident will be blamed on "sub-optimal driver performance", and that time your hands moved briefly from the 10-and-2 or your eyeline wasn't correctly picked up by the mirror sensor will be used to blame your fender-bender on you. Secondly, there will be a big "people drive dangerously" propaganda push. "ADDW data harvesting has shown up 80% of us might be driving more recklessly than we think", or "most veteran drivers slip in to bad habits, reports show". Then comes the new legislation to act on this totally fabricated problem. What is it? Oh, it's re-certification. Every driver has to be re-certified after X years on the road. Or maybe your driver monitoring data will be uploaded to a database and scanned for errors. Those errors put points on your license and if you go over a certain number of points, your ability to drive is taken away pending recertification. You can appeal, and drive while the appeal takes place. But the appeal fee is greater than the recertification fee, and if you lose, you have to pay legal costs, and you're not allowed to drive for double the usual amount of time. You'll have to pay a "processing" fee for re-certifying, of course, and if you fail, you'll have to wait X amount of months before you can try again. Headlines will celebrate both the (fictional) decrease in traffic fatalities and that the smaller number of private vehicles on the road has improved the pollution levels in the inner cities. An opinion piece from an anonymous "former driver" will appear in the Guardian "I lost my drivers license, and it's the best thing that ever happened to me". It will talk up how much money they're saving on petrol and road tax, and how much fitter they get walking everywhere and how they know their neighbours so well now. And all sorts of cosy anecdotes about the charming characters and life-affirming tableaux that public transport exposes you to.

🇪🇺 From July 2026, a new EU regulation will require all new cars to include driver-surveillance systems (ADDW), using interior cameras to track eye movement, head position and attention levels to detect “distraction or drowsiness.” The systems are designed for in-car safety alerts, with data processed in real time within the vehicle. solar installers pay $40-80 per qualified lead and $300-500 per booked appointment that passes their income and credit screen. the federal tax credit covers 30% of system cost through 2032. average residential install is $18-25k. installer commission to the sales rep per closed deal is $3-5k. installers are starving for leads right now. picture an ai character on facebook and youtube targeting suburban homeowners in states with strong solar incentives (california, texas, florida, arizona, nevada, north carolina). content: > "the 30% tax credit most homeowners don't know they qualify for." > "why my electric bill went to $12 a month." > "the 4 questions to ask every solar company before you sign anything." comments pour in with address and situation. manychat screens for homeownership, electric bill size, credit tier. only qualified leads get passed. you charge the installer $75-150 per booked appointment. 100 appointments a month across 3-4 partner installers is $10-15k at the low end and much more during peak months. most ai content operators will not touch solar because they assume the category is saturated. it is saturated at the google ads and door-knocker level. it is completely unworked at the ai character organic social level because solar installers are run by sales guys who don't understand organic distribution. (solar is a weird category where the product is boring but the emotional driver is strong. people are angry at their electric bill and want to feel like they're taking action. content that gives them that feeling converts 4-5x harder than content explaining the product.)

Next week, I’m going to start a challenge. Start a new pay per lead vertical/business from absolute scratch. The goal is $0 to $100k in revenue in 90 days. I would like input on what people would want to see behind the scenes? (automations, landing pages, client acquisition?)

We spent months building a Claude Code system that runs outbound at our $7M ARR agency (and we're giving the whole thing away). Our head of GTM, Kenny, walks through the complete build on camera. Scores a target list against our ICP, pulls sales leaders via Apollo, enriches the missing emails, fetches our best-performing copy from Instantly's API, and loads 154 leads into Instantly with the copy and schedule set. Kenny packaged everything he used in the video below into a public starter kit. You get: → the GitHub repo → the CLAUDE md file we use → the Python scoring scripts Reply "send" and I'll DM you all three.

this OpenClaw bot finds $500k–$1.2M homes without pools, renders a pool into their backyard, and mails the owner a postcard showing the before/after, on autopilot... here's how pool builders can close $50k+ deals with this system: - scans satellite imagery for mid-market homes with empty backyards - filters by lot size, sun exposure & recent ownership change - pulls the homeowner direct from public records (not shared leads) - renders a luxury pool dropped into their actual yard - calculates build cost + home value lift for their specific zip - generates a cinematic video of their backyard with the new pool - prints a personalised postcard with the before/after + QR code - drops it in the mail + hits them with retargeting every step from sourcing to outreach is automated. reply "POOL" + RT and i'll send you the full breakdown so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM)

The key to any automatic SEO system has to be auto-topic & keyword research that has depth to it and automatic clustering.... My Keyword Universe has keywords flowing in via 5 different sources automatically. We turn the scraped content into a vector database and my Keyword agent looks at the data and generate seed keywords....we use GSC data, we scrape forums and scrape and analyse product/service data and everything flows into the Keyword Universe, data gets populated and automatically clustered into topic groups. Then keyword groups get mapped to pages, or turned into new pages or removed if they are not relevant enough. All automatically. Incredible stuff really... But nothing of this works without the AI brain that sits at the top and profiles the business so we have a deep understanding of what they want to sell, who their audience is and who they want their audience to be in the future.

A two-person GTM team at a Series B SaaS company closed $2.4M in pipeline in one quarter. No SDRs. No demand gen agency. No paid ads. Signal-based outreach. Intent scoring. AI-sequenced follow-up. Automated reporting. Two GTM engineers running the whole motion - for one quarter. I pulled it apart. Compared it to every system we've built across the GTM teams we've worked with. Then asked myself one question: If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch - what would it actually look like? Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated. I mapped the whole thing into a step-by-step playbook you can upload directly to any LLM. It walks you through building your own version from GTM strategy to fully AI-powered execution. Comment "GTM" and I'll send it over.

I made a D100 prompting doc that you feed to a Claude project and it conducts the entire D100 process for you > Find ICPs to target based on your service > Find contacts in that ICP, pulled from LinkedIn > Researches the prospect and their company - pulling from their website, blogs, social media > Crafts outreach messaging, personalized to the prospect based on their research > CREATES THE D100 DELIVERABLE FOR YOU !!! Takes hours of dream 100 outreach and condenses it into a 10 minute process Comment "D100" and I'll DM you the doc so you can feed it to your own Claude project
