@npclgrnoida @GenNoida My consumer no. 2000339241 is showing as invalid on the Twin Grid app. Despite multiple calls & emails, NPCL hasn’t resolved this. My electricity was cut due to no account visibility and I’m forced to recharge blindly. When will this be fixed? @dmgbnagar
