@bat5ya3 @losing_lacy do u exercise a bunch ? Idk how reliable these online calculators are but w/ the amount of steps i do it says i should be maintaining at least at ~1800+ but im too scared to try eating that consistently

@losing_lacy my sedentary maintenance is just below 1600 at bmi 14 ❤️‍🩹 but i think partially why some people are so surprised about that is because they’ve been in an extreme deficit for so long that 1600 seems like a big number which is what i originally thought when trying to up my intake

just forced myself off the walking pad bc I promised my mom to not do over 17k steps anymore for now bc I’ve had such bad cramps in my legs and I wanna do 20k so bad rn but I won’t I need to sit down it’s ok I don’t need to burn every single calorie it’s ok it’s gonna be ok

@sekitsuii i also keep seeing ppl tb how walking alone “isn’t exercise” so i always put sedentary even tho i average 20k+ and have been for like a year and it’s honestly gonna make me go insane i cant keep doing ts i just wanna get better

@urbexbmi my high protein safe foods are chicken, greek yogurt ( i usually mix w/ protein powder so its minimum 41g protein for 220 ish cals), tuna, turkey, shrimp, salmon, and very specific protein bars !! alsoo usually for meat/fish i use low carb wraps to make tasty airfried sandwiches
