Learning to discern God’s will in daily life is eternally invaluable. It’s not something we receive through a gift, but any discipline should grow in this way by loving the truth and exercising themself to hear His voice in their inner man, through all the noise - emotion, feelings, human wisdom and noise of the world.

Red, I have prayed for you... please know you are not alone in this battle. The season is dark for those fighting for good, but God is everywhere as well. Each day, spend more time putting down your phone and getting away from comforts created by man, as these are what keep you from God. Seek fellow believers in real life, and find joy in what is real... nature walks, the love of a pet, the hug of a loved one, seeing the genuine interest in what you are saying reflected in the eyes of a friend, etc. When you pray, be sure to remember to be grateful for your recent blessings, and to ask for peace for those who are suffering even more than you. These are now I stumble upwards each day, so I hope they help you. Render, You are loved. God Bless, Wade

If anyone is a true Christian and sees this please pray for me. I’m not losing faith in that I know God loves me, but I’m in a season that’s heavy and confusing that seems purposeless and endless and I could really use prayers.

@redromatica I’m in the same boat but God has reminded me of two things: 1. God will always sustain you 2. This is a purifying season. It’s uncomfortable but he is pulling out the impurities. God, give Red love and peace. Let her see, hear, and feel your presence. Amen!

Prayed about identity again, and this hasn't changed since many years ago. But CHRIST IN ME is who I truly am now, and I'm forever grateful for Jesus over ANY created earthly things. Please Father- continue to make me all Im meant to be! Thank you for loving me, I'm yours forever

@Be_Like_JChrist Receiving.. rather than trying to DO more for God, like a wife receiving her husband, letting him lead. Mary vs. Martha! Then we become like Jesus who submits fully to the Father, Im learning this even more.. I want to be transformed more than ever. I come before the throne bare!

People say they believe this, but very few will seek God to make this their reality. We are supposed to become like Jesus. But religion gives many excuses. And the focus is often on what we do, rather than allowing God to transform our nature.

Ive been in plenty of those seasons. Its hard to stay connected to God during them. Its meant to test our fire as we are put through a pressure cooker. Lord I pray for the individual behind this account. Please provide them clarity, purpose, love, support, remove the confusion, and guide them on the path you have for them. Show them the way and protect them always, give them peace and love, care and strength to follow the path you have laid out before them. For you know best Lord! In Jesus mighty name! Amen!

Keep the faith! I learned that most of our storms is darkness tempting our Faith, especially with family. It is challenging with family but they are everything. My favorite in dark times: Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”

I’m so sorry to read this. We just got out of a being-homeless-and-living-in-camper season. Believe me, I know how you feel right now. Here’s the thing tho, God puts us in those season so we become closer to him. When we can control anything around us, it’s the strongest reminder that God is in control. We don’t have control to begin with! God loves you and this season is only here so you can move closer to Him. God has a beautiful purpose for all of us, and when life is not going our way, it’s because he’s preparing and guiding us to where we are supposed to be. Sure losing our home sucked, but we bought a big fancy house we didn’t need that caused stress around finances and needing to make a lot of money. Now we have almost the same exact situation, a great little farm again, but it’s much more affordable and reasonable. Now I can stop worrying about money and focus on being with my family and enjoying our new farm. Our season strengthened my faith like no other. I’ll drop to my knees at random and just start praying when the day even begins to feel rough, now. He’s taught me to lean on him and it’s given me peace like no other. I’m praying for you to find that peace. Whenever I pray and actually tell God I’m letting go of the control, and He needs to take over and lead, my prayers and needs are always met. It was proved more times than I can caught during my season. God has you, just lean into him right now and trust him.
