@MattWalshBlog Mostly true for me. There is no greater disparity between regular season intensity and Playoff intensity as there is in the NHL. And there is no more nerve racking fan experience than overtime playoff hockey.

The sense I get from watching my first ever hockey game is that the championship games are incredibly exciting in a way that Super Bowls often aren’t, but some random regular season hockey game would be excruciatingly boring in a way that random regular season football games rarely are.
