Honestly, this is one of the most annoying things I’ve ever seen. I know everyone has seen these videos…
My question is, should the students get their diploma’s revoked for behaving this way as is happening in some of these cases?
🚨NEW: 60 Minutes reports Iran is successfully working around the U.S. blockade, exporting roughly 100,000 MORE barrels of oil per day than before the war.
A stunning failure of U.S. containment efforts.
@gofishh77 Pretty good AI. Who's the camera person and how did they move from being in front of him to above him during the parachute deployment w/o getting tangled in the ropes?
ALERT: Man arrested after putting his Cybertruck in ‘Wade Mode’ and accidentally sinking it in a lake in Grapevine, Texas.
Officers responded to a call about a Cybertruck sunken off of Katie's Woods Park Boat Ramp at around 8 PM.
Authorities say the driver put his Tesla in ‘Wade Mode’ and shortly after driving into the lake, the car shut down and began taking on water.
All passengers in the vehicle were rescued, and the driver, who remains in jail, was charged with operation of a vehicle in a closed section of park/lake, no valid boat registration, and numerous water safety equipment violations.
@ReddCinema A wonderful idea! Pure joy for the seniors, and a great experience for the kids. For those saying kids are germ factories, this is no different than the kids visiting grand parents, so shut up.
🇬🇧 The Silver Swan Automaton has been running flawlessly for 250 years on nothing but mainsprings and brass gears.
Built in 1773 to last forever, and it did exactly that. We've somehow gone backwards.
@ProudSocialist I'll pass on the perpetual surveillance state, the restrictions of personal freedoms, the social credit score and the slave labor wages.
This is the dumbest commentary on China I’ve heard yet:
Fox News host Jesse Watters calls China an “American colony” because it has 20,000 McDonalds, Taco Bells, and KFCs.
You know what else China has that America doesn’t? Universal healthcare, social housing, and the best modern infrastructure in the world.
While the US is investing in its wars and oligarchs, China is investing in its people. China is a colony for its people, while America is a colony for the billionaires who exploit us.
@Edenlife9 Give the ladies a break!! Obviously they are needing supplies for the Learing Centers. I mean, think of the zero children! What would become of them w/o these needed supplies? It's just Hantavirus protection after all! 😂
Old Wendy's order vs New Wendy's order after losing 135 pounds… and the difference is wild!
This girl shows exactly what she used to get (a giant Baconator, cheesy fries, and a big chocolate frosty) compared to what she orders now while still enjoying fast food on her journey: a Junior Cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, apple slices, and a Diet Coke.
She went from around 1,750 calories in one meal down to just 545 calories — without feeling deprived at all.
Proof that you don’t have to give up your favorites completely… sometimes it’s just about making smarter swaps that still taste good and keep you on track 💛
Would you try these swaps next time you’re craving Wendy’s? Or what’s your go-to lighter fast food order?
@newstart_2024 What this dufas doesn't mention is that eggs keep you fuller for longer than oatmeal. This doesn't mean oatmeal makes you eat more, and thus bad. Unprocessed oatmeal is perfectly fine and heart healthy. Processed stuff is garbage.
Is oatmeal really a healthy breakfast?
Dr. Mark Hyman blew this up with a fascinating Harvard study.
They gave overweight teens the exact same calories for breakfast: oatmeal, steel-cut oats, or an omelet. Then let them eat freely the rest of the day.
The oatmeal group ate 81% more food than the omelet group. They also had much higher insulin, cortisol, and adrenaline — their bodies were basically in stress mode. Even the steel-cut oats group ate 50% more than the omelet group.
High-carb breakfasts spike blood sugar and insulin, which drives hunger hormones (ghrelin) and crashes energy later. Protein + fat stabilizes blood sugar and keeps you full longer.
This one really made me rethink my old habits. I used to default to oatmeal thinking it was the “healthy” choice. Turns out I was working against my body.
What you eat first thing dramatically affects your hunger, energy, and cravings for the rest of the day.
What’s your go-to breakfast these days — and has changing it made a difference in how you feel?
This influencer was on vacation and decided to do a review for a local burger restaurant. As soon as she took her first bite she knew she was going to have a hard time with this one.
I don’t think people realize how much more different our food is from other countries food. Beef here in the United States may taste totally different than the beef you would get in Bali. I don’t feel there is any reason to make a scene, or complain about it especially if that’s how the food is supposed to taste. My advice is to take it all in stride, start trying things little by little and work your way up.
I think it’s important to remember that these foods aren’t going to taste the same as back home. But that doesn’t mean that they are going to taste bad, just different. I remember trying a hotdog while one a trip to Asia. I should have known better to be honest, I got one at a gas station of all places. What was odd to me was that the ketchup packet it came with was a familiar brand I’ve had before in the states. But since food regulation is different in other countries, I didn’t recognize the taste at all, it was like trying it for the first time. The hotdog reminded me of the Vienna sausages in the can, I still ate it because I didn’t want to appear rude, however I just remember to never try that again and try to stick to more familiar restaurants like McDonald’s.
